江苏省水资源紧缺程度的模糊综合评价

摘    要:在分析江苏省水资源特点的基础上,参考现有成果并结合江苏省实际情况从社会经济类、供需类、用水类及水环境类四个方面构建了水资源紧缺程度分析的评价指标体系,采用专家评分法确定各级指标权重和隶属度,采用模糊综合评价法对江苏省水资源紧缺程度进行全面评判。结果表明,目前江苏省水资源属于紧缺状况,水质型缺水问题突出,水资源的开发利用不完全适应社会经济发展的要求。

Abstract:Based on the water resources situation of Jiangsu Province, this paper selects social economy, water demand, water supply and water environment to build up a water shortage evaluation index system. And the experts scoring method is adopted to determine weights and membership of each level index. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate water resources shortage in Jiangsu Province. The results show that there is severe shortage of water resources in Jiangsu Province and water pollution is one of the primary reasons for water shortage; the development and utilization of water resources can not meet the demands of social economy development.
