摘    要:分别选用低熔体流动速率(2g/10min)的低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)料和高熔体流动速率(1400g/10min)的熔喷专用聚丙烯(PP)料,在自行研制的熔体静电纺丝装置上进行实验.所得纤维平均直径分别为5.44μm和1.06μm,纤维直径分布均匀,表面光滑;在PP纤维中出现了大量几百纳米的纤维,最小直径为190nm;在自制的高效率熔体静电纺丝装置上,纺出微米级的PP纤维,平均直径为4.57μm,纺丝效率约为4g/h,与一般静电纺丝相比,产量得到显著提高.

Abstract:Low Density Polyethylene(LDPE) with low melting index of 2g/10min and Polypropylene(PP,Melt-blow material) with high melting index of 1400g/10min were used for melt electrospinning experiments respectively on the self-design melt electrospinning apparatus in this article.The resulting fibers,whose average diameters were 5.44μm and 1.06μm,were of good quality and its surfaces were relatively smooth and even.There were lots of nano-fibers(several hundred nanometers) appeared in the PP fibers and the smallest diameter was 190nm.Micro-fibers with the average diameter of 4.57μm were produced in the self-design high efficiency melt electrospinning apparatus.The efficiency was about 4g/h,which was much higher than the normal electrospinning.
