| Abstract: | This paper takes example of a lightning striking over an electric power dispatching mansion which caused several electronic equipments malfunction, investigates on this event. Based on holistic thinking of lightning protection of electric power dispatching mansion and its affiliated buildings, proposes suggestions to the lightning protection. |
