护目镜式水闸结构及稳定分析

摘    要:针对护目镜式水闸上部结构特殊、受力条件复杂致使对其进行结构及稳定分析难度较大的问题,以山东省某护目镜式水闸为例建立了三维有限元数值模型,采用ANSYS软件计算了闸室段各部位及基底的应力状况,得出拱形桁架及闸门槽部位承受拉应力较大,配筋及实际施工过程中应予以重点关注。同时对护目镜式水闸的安全稳定性进行了评价,指出护目镜式水闸是一种安全新颖的水闸型式。

Abstract:It is difficult to analyze the structural stability of goggles-type sluice with special upper structure and complicated stress status. Taking goggles-type sluice in Shandong Province for an example, three-dimensional FEM numerical model is established. ANSYS software is adopted to calculate the stress status of different parts of sluice chamber and foundation base. It indicates that the tensile stress of arched truss and gate groove is much great and the attention should be paid in the period of construction and reinforcement. At the same time, the safety and stability of goggles-type sluice is evaluated. Finally, it points out that the goggles-type sluice is a novel safety sluice.
