疏血通配合丰隆穴改善下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床观察

目的观察疏血通配合丰隆穴改善下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效方法将60例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,两组均予以常规西药治疗,在此基础上,治疗组给予疏血通6m L静脉滴注,每日1次,同时配合针灸丰隆穴治疗;对照组给予前列地尔10μg静脉滴注,每日1次。疗程为20d,观察对比两组治疗前后总体疗效,治疗前后踝肱动脉指数对比、血脂及血管内径、血流峰值速度、血流量指标的变化及不良反应结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组有效率50%,治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);治疗后两组各项研究指标均降低,但治疗组指标变化更显著(P0.05)结论疏血通配合丰隆穴改善下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效肯定,安全性较好。

Clinical Observation of Shuxuetong Injection combined with Acupuncture on Fenglong Point on Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuetong combined with acupuncture on Fenglong point in treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO).Methods 60 patients with LEASO were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group, both group received conventional western medicine therapy, treatment group plus Shuxuetong 6mL intravenous drip, 1 time per day, Fenglong point acupuncture treatment;control group received Alprostadil 10μg intravenous drip, 1 time per day, treated for 20d.Compare the two groups before and after treatment on the overall curative effect, ankle brachial artery index contrast, blood fat, blood vessel diameter and blood flow peak velocity, the changes of blood flow index and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 86.7% and 50% of control group with significant difference (P<0.05);after treatment, various research indexes of both groups decreased,treatment group decreased more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong combined with acupuncture on Fenglong point is effective to improve curative effect on LEASO with good safety.
