摘    要:为了更准确地描述碳酸盐岩储层的非均质特征,基于方位反射声波测井原理和相控接收技术研制了具备一定方位识别能力(22.5°)和超远探测距离(40 m)的方位远探测声波反射波成像测井仪.该仪器采用了高度集成化的有源式承压结构设计,电路集成于声系内部并直接承压,抽取部分采集的海量数据进行上传而其余大量数据则直接存储在仪器中.仪器研制成功后在塔里木油田完成了多口井的测井任务,并准确探测到了裂缝距离井轴的距离和方位,为仪器更进一步推广应用打下了基础.

Abstract:In order to describe the inhomogeneity of the carbonate reservoir more accurately,the borehole azimuthal acoustic reflection imaging logging tool (BH-ARI II)with an azimuth resolution of 22.5° and detection range of 40 m was developed based on the theory of azimuthal acoustic reflection and phased-controlled receiving technology.The BH-ARI II is highly integrated with a structured design featured active sonde and direct bearing pressure where the circuits are integrated in the sonde and exposed to formation pressure directly.For the massive downhole data acquired by BH-ARI II,only part of it will be extracted and uploaded to the ground while the rest are stored in the instrument.The instrument has been applied to the Tarim Oilfield and helped to complete logging several oil wells successfully.During the logging,the distances and azimuths between the formation fractures and the borehole axis are accurately discovered,which proves the practicability of the instrument and lays the foundation for its further application and popularization.
