Research on Risk Identification of Large-scale Infrastructure PPP Project Based on WBS-RBS Method:Take the West Area Project of Nanning Education Park as an Example

At present,with the speeding up of urbanization in our country,large infrastructure project construction fund of rigid demand is growing,the PPP mode in attracting social advantages in capital,solve the problem of shortage of government funds,to speed up the pace of urban construction,and promote public service quality improvement plays a positive role in such aspects,but the whole process of large infrastructure PPP project risk factors is more complex.Combined with the author's years of work experience,this paper identifies the risk factors in the whole process of large-scale infrastructure PPP projects based on THE WBS-RBS method,aiming to provide reference and reference for the risk identification process of similar projects,and to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent risk evaluation.
