川西地区超深井注水泥塞技术实践

摘    要:近年来中石油西南油气田在川西地区部署的井井深大多超过7 000m。进入深部地层后,井漏、垮塌等钻井复杂情况越来越多,实践发现对复杂井段进行注水泥塞作业,通过堵漏、补壁、承压等作业,效果良好。但在深部复杂井段进行注水泥塞作业存在较大的技术难点和较高的施工风险。文章从深井复杂井段注水泥塞作业技术难点及风险、关键配套技术、组织管理等方面进行了研究,形成了一套应对高温高压超深井中的小井眼复杂井段的注水泥塞施工作业的技术工艺。该套技术工艺在中石油川西地区双鱼石构造ST6井进行了现场试验,获得成功,为同类型的井处理类似复杂提供技术参考。

Abstract:In recent years, most of the wells drilled by PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gas Field in Western Sichuan are more than 7000 meters deep. There are more and more complex drilling situations such as well leakage and collapse after drilling into deep formations. The operation effects of plugging, wall patching and pressure bearing through cement plug injection are good. Since the cementing operations are basically carried out in deep and complex well sections, there are high technical and construction risks. In this paper, the technical difficulties and risks of cementing plug operation, key supporting technologies and organization management in deep and complex well sections are studied, forming a set of technical techniques for cementing plug operation in slim hole and complex well section in high temperature and high pressure ultra-deep well. This set of technology has been successfully tested in Well ST6 of Shuangyushi Structure in western Sichuan area of CNPC, providing technical reference for complex well treatment of the same type well.
