摘    要:由于胶筒位于套管内部,周围有油和水,工作环境极复杂,无法用直接测量或数值法得到挤压应力。作者利用电测法测出套管外壁应变,再结合有限元法,由测得的应变反算出封隔器胶筒与套管之间的挤压应力。结果表明,成功地为研究胶筒封隔器的工作状态提供了有效方法,并可为优化设计提供有价值的数据。

Abstract:Packer is an important tool in oil extraction. To improve the design of the packer, we must inspect the contact stress between the sealing rubber of packer and the casing pipe. But it is very difficult because the sealing rubber was located in the casing pipe and rounded by oil and water. A method for inspecting the contact stress is developed. Combined with the finite element method, the contact stress distributions is inversely evaluated based on the strain of casing pipe outside surface which was determined by the resistance strain gage technique. The results are useful for optimizing the design of packer.
