合肥市"创景花园"环境影响评价思路

摘    要:随着房地产业蓬勃发展,所带来的环境问题也日益显现,如项目选址不符合规划,对区域环境功能造成影响;设计布局不合理对生态和景观造成不良影响;施工管理不善产生弃土、扬尘,造成二次污染;施工噪声扰民等.因此,重视房地产开发建设项目环境管理,搞好环境影响评价工作,对促进房地产业健康发展,实现环境、经济同步增长具有积极的现实意义.本环境影响评价结合<环境影响评价技术导则>,通过对合肥"创景花园"住宅小区建设项目存在的主要环境问题分析,提出环境保护对策与建议.

Abstract:As the real estate growing,the environmental problems had been presented gradually.Selecting the project site do not based upon the planning,which might cause negative influence on the environmental function of the area,designing overall arrangement unreasonable will lead to harmful effects to the ecology and the view;construction and management improperly will give raise to abandoned soil and wind-borne dust,That will lead to the secondary pollution and the construction noise which is harmful to the citizens etc.Therefore,we should think much of the environmental management of development of construction project and do the work of environmental impact appraisal well.It is a promising project with the practical meaning toward protecting real estate developing healthily and achieving synchronized increase of environment and economy.According to "Environmental impact appraise technology rule",this environment impact assessment has proposed environmental protection countermeasures and suggestions by the analysis of environmental impact of "Chuangjing Garden" residential district in Hefei.
