电能计量装置远方自动监测系统的开发应用

摘    要:为了克服电能计量装置实负荷误差现场周期检验单负荷点的局限,减少人为差错,全面监控计量器具计量性能及装置运行状况,开发了电能计量装置远方自动监测系统。系统采用配置现场标准电能表和远方智能终端(EMRTU)的方法,结合现代通信网络,进行系统集成。通过对电能表误差、电量数据和运行状态的采集、分析和判断,优化电能计量装置配置,监控电能计量器具的质量。经实际运行检验,该系统克服了传统计量装置维护中的诸多弊端,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:In order to overcome real load error on-the-spot cycle inspecting of the measuring apparatus limitation that clicks of the load, reducing the artificial mistake, controlling the measuring apparatus performance and operating conditions in an all-round way, we develope this system. The system dispose the on-the-spot standard electric energy meter and distant intelligent terminal (EMRTU), combine the modern communication network, carry on system integration. Through the collection, analysis and judging to error of the electric energy meter, electric consumption data and operation state, optimize the disposition of electric energy measuring apparatus, control the quality of the electric energy measuring apparatus. Through running actually, overcome a great deal of traditional maintaining drawbacks of the measuring apparatus, achieve good social benefit and economic benefits.
