| 摘 要： | 目的:该文研究米酒对正常小鼠免疫功能的调节作用.方法:米酒高、中、低剂组(米酒含量分别为100％、50％、25％)灌胃,观察不同剂量米酒对正常小鼠免疫器官、腹腔巨噬细胞功能和体液免疫影响.结果表明,米酒中剂组和高剂组可以明显的增加正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬率(p＜0.05)和吞噬指数(p＜0.05),增强正常小鼠的非特异性免疫；米酒中剂组和高剂组可以明显地增加小鼠胸腺的质量(p＜0.05)激活小鼠细胞免疫；米酒中剂组和高剂组可以明显地增加小鼠溶血素的形成(p＜0.05)增强小鼠体液免疫.结论米酒可以增强正常小鼠的免疫功能.

Effects of rice wine on immune regulation of mice |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of rice wine on the immune function of mice.Method Each group of mice were fed with rice wine (rice wine contents were 100％,50％ and 25％,respectively).The effects of different doses of rice wine on immune organs,peritoneal macrophage function and humoral immune of normal mice were observed.Results Rice wine mid-dose group and high-dose group could improved phagocytic percentage (p ＜0.05) and phagocytic index (p ＜0.05),increased the weight of immune organs (p ＜0.05),raised the levels of serum hemolysin (p ＜0.05) in mice.Conclusion Rice wine could enhance immune function in normal mice. |
