知识流程管理能力测评方法

知识已经成为企业的关键性经济资源,企业通过知识流程对知识资源加以运营,实现知识的价值.对企业的知识流程管理能力进行测评是明确知识流程运营现状、提升知识流程运营效率的关键.首先,在对相关文献分析和对知识密集型企业调查的基础上,确定测评知识流程管理能力应考虑的主要因素,构建了一套测评知识流程管理能力的评价指标体系;然后,给出了一种基于语言评价信息的综合评价方法,该方法利用LWD算子和LOWA算子获取综合评价值;最后,通过一个实例说明了企业如何结合实际情况使用所给评价方法对知识流程管理能力进行测评.

Evaluation method for management capability of knowledge process

Evaluating the management capability of knowledge process is the key to make enterprise understand the operation status of knowledge process and enhance the operation efficiency of knowledge process.In this paper,based on the analysis of relevant literature and the investigations of knowledge-intensive enterprises,the factors which influence the evaluation of management capability of knowledge process are confirmed.Then,an index system for evaluating the management capability of knowledge process is constructed.Furthermore,an integrated evaluation method for management capability of knowledge process is presented.The overall evaluation result can be obtained by the Linguistic Weighted Disjunction(LWD) operator and Linguistic Ordered Weighted Averaging(LOWA) operator.Finally,a practical example is given to demonstrate how to use of the proposed method to evaluate the management capability of knowledge process according to the practical situation of the enterprise.
