基于运动疗法的预康复在择期心脏外科手术患者中的应用进展

择期心脏外科手术患者在等待手术的过程中,身体功能水平有可能进一步下降,导致术后不良结局的发生。术前康复或预康复是指在患者尚未入院之时所采取的一种外科护理干预措施,以实施运动疗法为主,目前已在国外及中国台湾地区开展。本文综述了基于运动疗法的预康复在择期心脏外科手术患者中的实施方法、效果评价及拓展应用方法 3方面内容,以期为我国医护人员通过开展预康复来改善心脏外科手术患者的预后提供理论依据。

Research progress on preoperative exercise rehabilitation in elective cardiac surgery patients

Patients waiting for cardiac surgeries may have a further decline in their body function levels, leading to adverse outcomes after surgery. Preoperative rehabilitation or prehabilitation refers to a surgical nursing intervention adopted before patients are admitted to hospital. It is mainly based on exercise therapy and is currently being carried out abroad and in Taiwan, China. This review summarized three aspects of implementation methods, effect evaluation and expanded application methods of prehabilitation based on exercise therapy in elective cardiac surgery patients, in order to provide theoretical basis for Chinese medical staff to improve the prognosis of patients through prehabilitation.
