| 摘 要： | 机组2012年大修,扣缸热紧汽缸螺栓后,对高中压转子进行最终轴向定位时,定位引出值与半缸时比较发生变化。针对高中压转子定位引出值发生变化的原因,提出如何选择合理定位引出值测量位置,消除定位引出值变化的影响,总结轴系轴向正确定位的方法。

| Abstract: | In 2012 overhaul,after the buckle of thermal locking cylinder bolt,when the high and medium pressure rotor of ultimate axial is positioned,the leading value changed compared with that of semi-cylinder. Based on the comprehensive analysis on the problem of the high pressure rotor orientation leading value changes,reasonable selection of the measurement location are proposed,eliminating the influence of leading value change of orientation,a methods of correct axial positioning. |
