柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤治疗胃脘痛35例

目的：观察柴胡疏肝散和四君子汤治疗胃脘痛的临床疗效。方法：将70例胃脘痛患者按照自愿的原则分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组予以柴胡疏肝散合四君子汤为基本方加减治疗胃脘痛，对照组予以口服多潘立酮片、维U颠茄铝胶囊Ⅱ、西咪替丁片等药物治疗。1个月为1个疗程，观察临床症状及体征改善情况。结果：治疗组总有效率88．6％，对照组总有效率62．9％（P〈0．05），治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论：柴胡疏肝散和四君子汤加减对胃脘痛有较好疗效。

Treating 35 cases of gastric abscess with the Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi decoction

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi decoction on treating gastric abscess. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was orally given Domperidone, Vit U Belladonna aluminium capsule and Cimetidine, while the treated group was given Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi decoction. After treated for a month, the symptoms and signs improvement were observed. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 88.6%, while that in the control group was 62.9%, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Chaihu Shugan powder and Sijunzi decoction were significantly effective on treating gastric abscess.
