FCC过程中氢转移反应对汽油烯烃含量的影响

摘    要:在小型固定流化床装置上,通过改变原料油、催化剂性质和操作参数等实验条件,并引入氢转移指数,研究转移反应对汽油烯烃含量的关系.研究发现,合适的原料油、活性高和降烯烃的催化剂、降低反应温度、提高剂油比和降低空速,均有助于促进氢转移反应,可增加氢转移指数,选择合适的温度、高剂油比和低空速才可以降低汽油烯烃含量.

Abstract:Using fixed fluidized bed reactor, the effects of hydrogen transfer reaction on the olefin content of gasoline in FCC process were investigated. The experimental results show that the high activity and special olefin reduced catalyst, high ratio of catalyst to oil and long residence time are in favor of enhancing hydrogen transfer reaction and increasing hydrogen transfer reaction index. Only appropriate operation conditions such as reaction temperature, high C/O and long residence time can reduce the olefin content of gasoline.
