| 摘 要： | 为了实现测试系统的网络化、开放化和标准化，本文提出了一种以测控中心服务器为核心，由测试服务器和标定服务器组成的、具有开放与互联能力的分布式网络化测试系统体系结构，并分析了创建此类结构的网络化测试系统的关键技术。
