奥美拉唑+丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的临床观察

目的观察奥美拉唑联合丽珠胃三联对油门杆菌阳性消化性溃疡(PU)的治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌(HP)的根除效果及不良反应。方法对200例幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组100例。观察组给予奥美拉唑、丽珠胃三联;对照组给予奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素,连续服用1周。停药4周后复查胃镜。结果观察组与对照组溃疡愈合率分别为88%、79.59%,总有效率分别为98%、95.91%,二者有统计学意义(P0.01);HP根除率分别为92%和88.76%,二者有统计学意义(P0.01);不良反应的发生率分别为3%和7%,二者有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论奥美拉唑联合丽珠胃三联治疗幽门螺旋杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡具有疗效好、不良反应小、适合人群广等优点,值得临床推广应用。
