时栅位移传感器网络化接口设计

摘    要:针对时栅位移传感器的“互联网+”战略,提出了一套时栅位移传感器互联网功能设计方案.以高性能的STM32F4微控制器为核心,设计了时栅位移传感器激励信号与感应信号的高速同步采样电路与网络接口电路,结合嵌入式操作系统,搭建了网络服务器模型,实现了时栅位移传感器的远程信号采集.实验结果表明,时栅位移传感器网络化接口模型能够准确地实现传感器远程信号采集,该模型的实现为下一步时栅位移传感器的大数据误差采样、误差远程自修正以及产品大数据分析提供了技术基础.

Abstract:Aiming at the "Internet +" strategy of the time grating displacement sensor,a set of design scheme for realizing the Internet function of the time grating displacement sensor is put forward.Taken the STM32 microcontroller as the core,the high-speed synchronous sampling circuit and the network interface circuit of the excitation signal and the induction signal of the time grating displacement sensor are designed.Then combining with the embedded operating system,the network server model is built,the remote signal acquisition is realized.The experimental results show that the network interface model of the time-grating displacement sensor can accurately realize the remote signal acquisition of the sensor.The implementation of this model provides a technical basis for the next step of the big data error sampling,error remote self-modified and big product data analysis of the time grating displacement sensor.
