Abstract:The strategic subsystem innovation is a guiding principle of our response to macro - ecological and environmental crisis; management subsystem innovation is the practical foundation of our response to the ecological and environmental crisis; the technology subsystem innovative technology protection is our response to the ecological and environmental crisis; system subsystem innovation is the objective basis of our response to the ecological and environmental crisis; public participation subsystem innovation is the basis of our response to the mass of the ecological and environmental crisis; the international cooperation subsystem innovation is our response to the international perspective of the ecological and environmental crisis.
