丁羟推进剂/衬层界面黏结性能劣化的动态力学表征

摘    要:研究了高温加速老化过程中丁羟推进剂联合黏结试件的老化特性,探索了利用动态力学表征丁羟推进剂/衬层界面(P/L界面)黏结性能劣化的方法.结果表明,高温老化使黏结件P/L界面黏结强度增大,推进剂中可迁移组分向衬层的迁移量增加,衬层降解,这使得P/L界面两侧材料力学性能差异增大,缺陷增多,P/L界面黏结性能劣化.动态力学分析实验表明,衬层初始模量、界面推进剂和本体推进剂的储能模量与黏结件黏结强度具有相关性,可作为表征P/L界面黏结性能劣化的参数.给出了利用动态力学参量表征黏结件黏结强度的回归关系.

Abstract:The aging characteristics of HTPB propellant coupling bonding specimen during the course of high temperature accelerating aging were investigated.The method for characterizing the bonding performance deterioration at HTPB propellant/liner interface(P/L interface) by using dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) was explored.The results show that the high temperature aging makes the bonding strength of the bonding specimen P/L interface and the diffusion of the migrating ingredients in propellant to liner increase,makes the liner degrade,furthermore the difference of the material mechanical properties at two sides of the P/L interface increases,the defect increases,and the bonding properties of P/L interface deteriorate.The DMA experiments show that there is relativity between the initial modulus of liner,the energy storage energy modulus of the interfacial propellant and bulk propellant,and the bonding strength of the bonding specimen.Therefore they can be used as the parameters for characterizing the bonding performance deterioration of the P/L interface.The regress relationship of the bonding strength of the bonding specimen characterized by using DMA parameters was given out.
