电子称重式给煤机控制系统变频改造

沙角C电厂电子称重式给煤机原滑差调速系统存在调速范围小、能耗大、维护工作量大、进口备件价格贵、供货周期长等问题,给使用带来不便.为此,介绍了其利用给煤机原有控制器与变频技术相结合对给煤机控制系统进行变频改造的过程,并对改造中引发的问题提出了一些有益的解决方法,改造后的实践表明,各项指标均与原来一致,调速范围优于滑差调速.

Frequency conversion renovation on control system of electronic weighing type coal feeders

The original slip control system of electronic weighing type coal feeders in Shajiao C Power Station had the problems such as small control scope,great energy loss,laborious maintenance as well as high price and long supply cycle of imported spare parts.This paper describes the renovation on the control system using the frequency conversion technique,and presents solutions to the ensuing problems.Practice shows that after the renovation the indices of the coal feeders are identical with the previous,and the control scope is better than that of slip control.
