摘    要:高压气井采气井口的1号主控闸阀若产生泄漏、开关不动等问题,将影响气井的正常生产和维护保养,并存在安全隐患,这给气井的安全生产带来了严重危害。文章介绍了利用下油管堵塞器更换井口1号闸阀的原理、相关参数设计方法,以及施工所需的工具和作业过程等。该技术操作简单,不需压井,对气井产层不会产生污染,实施费用低。近年来,靖边气田应用不压井更换井口1号闸阀技术对部分气井的闸阀进行了更换,取得了十分理想的效果。

Abstract:When the No.1 master control valve in the Christmas tree of a high-pressure gas well leaks or cannot be switched on/off, the normal production and maintenance of the gas well will be affected and potential safety hazards may occur, which severely endangers the safety of gas production. This paper introduces the principles, design of the relevant parameters, the tools needed in operation and the operation process of replacement of the No.1 valve in the Christmas tree by running in tubing plugging devices. This technology is characterized by simple operation, well killing-free, no damage to pay zone and low operation cost. Its application in some gas wells in Jingbian gas field has achieved very good effects in recent years.
