髌骨骨折两种内固定方法疗效比较

目的：探讨记忆双向张力钩固定术与镍钛聚髌器内固定术两种方法治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法：选择2009年10月～2011年1月本院收治的髌骨骨折患者78例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,观察组采用记忆双向张力钩固定术,对照组采用镍钛聚髌器内固定术。所有患者均随访6～14个月。结果：观察组骨折愈合率为92.31%,对照组骨折愈合率为82.05%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：记忆双向张力钩固定术治疗髌骨骨折具有可靠的生物力学固定效果,疗效满意,值得临床推广使用。

The comparative effect of two internal fixation methods in treating patellar fractures

Objective： To discuss the effect of bidirectional memory tension hook fixation and poly-patella ulensil internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fractures. Methods： 78 cases patellar fractures patients were slected from October 2009 to January 2011 and were divided into observation group 39 cases and control group 39 cases. Observation group were given bidirectional memory tension hook fixation and control group were given poly-patella ulensil internal fixation. All patients had got the follow-up visit for six to fourteen months. Results： The fracture scar over rate of observation group and control group were 92.31% and 82.05%, there was significant difference between two groups （ P0.05）. Conclusion： Bidirectional memory tension hook fixation in the treatment of patellar fractures has credible animal mechanics fastness effect, and has satisfying curative effect, it is worth of clinical using.
