关于加快水泥行业结构调整的思考

水泥工业结构调整取得阶段性成果，浙江、新疆、吉林、安徽、山东、河北6省水泥行业实现利润总额达25．3亿元。但结构调整中还是出现了低水平重复建设、新上机立窑生产线、关闭淘汰落后企业难等问题。解决这些问题的关系在于对结构调整的方式和重点作适当地调整。

Pondering on speeding-up structural readjustment of cement trade

Staged achievement has been obtained in structural readjustment for cement industry. Total profit for cement trade in six provinces of Zhejiang, Xinjiang, Jilin, Anhui, Shandong and Hebei have reached RMB 2.53 billion. Otherwise, some problems still exist in readjustment such as duplicate construction in low standard, investment to shaft kiln production line, and backward enterprises could hardly be closed or eliminated. To solve these problems, ways and focal points of structural readjustment must be modified.
