| 摘 要： | 目的探讨SPECT与MRI对急性糖尿病性脑梗死的诊断价值。方法选取糖尿病性脑梗死患者20例,非糖尿病性脑梗死22例,分别进行SPECT与MRI对比研究。结果SPECT较MRI脑梗死阳性检出率更高,糖尿病性脑梗死组较非糖尿病性脑梗死组病灶更多。SPECT对半球病变敏感,MRI对脑干病变更敏感。结论糖尿病性脑梗死早期,早期行SPECT联合MRI检查可以更好指导临床治疗,协助评估预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnostic value of SPECT and MRI in acute diabetic cerebral infarction.Methods Twenty diabetic cerebral infarction patients and 22 non-diabetic cerebral infarction patients were measured by SPECT and MRI respectively.Results The positive rate of SPECT was higher than that of MRI and the number of foci in diabetic cerebral infarction group were more than that in control group.Conclusion Combined SPECT with MRI in early diabetic cerebral infarction can help instructing clinical treatment and evaluating prognosis. |
