摘    要:目的观察质子泵抑制剂(PPI)联合莫沙必利、黏膜保护剂对反流性食管炎(RE)的临床疗效.方法:将136 例确诊为RE 的患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组68 例和对照组68 例,治疗组患者给予雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利和黏膜保护剂治疗,对照组患者给予雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗,治疗8 周后比较两组患者治疗效果.结果:治疗组患者的症状改善有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0. 05);经内镜检查,治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0. 05).结论:临床药物治疗RE 时PPI 联合莫沙必利、黏膜保护剂可显著提高患者的临床疗效.

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) combined with Mosapride, mucosal pro-tective drugs in reflux esophagitis (RE). Methods: 136 cases with confirmed RE were randomly divided into two groups: PPI com-bined with Mosapride, mucosal protective drugs treatment group (68 cases) and PPI combined with Mosapride group (68 cases). 8weeks after the treatment,the efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results: After 8-week treatment, the total effective rate ofsymptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P〈0. 05). By endoscopy, the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusions: PPI combined with Mosapride, mucosal protectivedrugs can raise the RE clinical efficacy significantly.
