长期住院精神障碍合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制现况调查

目的：了解长期住院精神障碍合并2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况。方法：2016年3月选择55例长期住院精神障碍合并2型糖尿病患者，进行糖尿病患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压、血脂、体重指数等相关指标进行检测。结果：长期住院精神障碍且合并2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖在正常范围内的比例为69.09%；糖化血红蛋白＜7%的比例为56.36%；血压在正常范围内的比例为74.55%；BMI在18~24的比例为32.31%；总胆固醇＜4.5 mmol/L的比例为52.73%，三酰甘油＜1.7 mmol/L的比例为60%，低密度脂蛋白＜2.6 mmol/L的比例为69.09%。全面达标率为3.64%。结论：长期住院精神障碍患者合并2型糖尿病血糖全面达标率较低。

Investigation of blood glucose control in patients with mental disorder combined with type 2 diabetes in the long-term hospitalization

Objective:To understand the status of the blood glucose control in patients of long-term hospitalization with mental disorder complicated with type 2 diabetes. Methods: In Mar. 2016, 55 long-term hospitalization psychiatric disorders patients complicated with type 2 diabetes were selected and the blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood pressure, blood lipid, body mass and relevant indicators were detected.Results: Fasting glucose within the normal range was 69.09%, the proportion of HbA1c<7% was 56.36%, the blood pressure within the normal range was 74.55%, BMI in 18 to 24 was 32.31%, the percent of total cholesterol<4.5 mol/L was 52.73%, the percent of triglycerides<1.7 mol/L was 60% and the percent of low density lipoprotein<2.6 mol/L was 69.09%. Overall compliance rate was 3.64%.Conclusion:The blood sugar comprehensive compliance rate of the long-term hospitalized patients with mental disorder with type 2 diabetes is low.
