本文介绍了应用在中厚板轧机压下装置上的电气及液压自动控制系统。其中电动压下可实现自动位置控制（APC），采用两台西门子6SE70整流回馈装置的逆变器组成主从控制系统，主装置采用速度控制方式，从装置则接受主系统发出的转矩设定指令而工作在转矩调节方式；液压压下使用自动辊缝控制（AGC）系统，实现厚度、位置及压力的自动控制，其主控制器为西门子的TDC。

This paper introduces the electric/hydraulic automatic control system applied in the press-down device of the heavy and medium plate mill, in which the APC （Automatic Position Control） can be realized by electrically operated screw-down and applies two inverters of Siemens 6SE70 rectifying feedback devices to consist the master-slave control system, with the master working on speed control mode, but the slave receiving the torque settings from the mater and it working on torque adjusting mode; When in hydraulic press-down mode, the AGC （Automatic Roll Gap Control）system is adopted to realize the automatic control of thickness, position and pressure with Siemens SIMATIC-TDC as its main controller.
