| 摘 要： | 介绍了慕尼黑ITMA 2007展出的德国特吕茨勒公司在DK803型、DK903型的基础上新近研发的TC-03、TC-06、TC-07、TC5-1、TC5-3型高产梳棉机。这些高产梳棉机除了继续沿用DK803型及DK903型的一些技术优点外,对梳棉机做了许多重要改进,如:抬高了梳棉机锡林位置,增加梳理弧长度;固定盖板及吸尘罩的新型设计及配置;增加对刺辊落棉的智能管理功能;活动盖板隔距的精确调节;梳棉机传动系统、吸风系统的改进;以及触摸式彩屏显示的设计和控制系统等。瑞士立达公司的C60型梳棉机将机幅加宽到1.5 m,在其它条件不变的情况下,可增加单产50%,并可快速变换成三刺辊供转杯纺纱。
