摘    要:捣固车是一种大型的铁路养路机械,其电气部分担负着各种作业的控制任务,是整车的大脑.为了提高养路机械作业的精度和稳定性,保证正常作业,需要对其作业参数进行仿真和优化.本文介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的数据采集系统,该系统选用带USB接口的DAQPad6016为数据采集卡,采用功能强大的图形编程语言-LabVIEW进行软件编程,多通道同步采集数据,分多个图表显示模拟数据和开关量数据;采用DAQmx驱动程序进行快速开发,简单易操作,大大缩短了研发时间.

Abstract:The rammed car is a kind of large-scale road maintenance machinery in railroad, and its electricity section shoulders the control tasks of all the works and is the cerebrum of the vehicle. In order to improve the precision and stability of the road maintenance machinery, and guarantee it to work normally, the work parameters need to be simulated and optimized. A data acquisition system based on virtual instrument technology was introduced in this paper. DAQPad6016 was selected as the data acquisition card connected the USB, and we used the formidable LabVIEW to program. The system has the multichannel synchronization gathering data, and the multigraphic displaying analog data and the switching quantity data. The system was developed with the DAQmx driver, so the time of research can be saved, and operate easily.
