基于竖向位移的张拉成形网格结构成形过程研究

摘    要:针对实际工程需要,为进一步明确张拉成形网格结构成形过程中结构位移特点,采用整体分次和分批分次两种张拉方案,并由不同张拉方式对结构节点竖向位移的影响出发,通过参数化设计语言APDL进行编程,从结构竖向位移值和竖向位移对比值两个角度对结构竖向位移特点作了较为详尽的分析。结果表明:从张拉方式对竖向位移的影响出发,分批分次张拉成形方案切实可行,结构的竖向位移主要集中于跨中部分,成形全过程研究尤为必要,另外跨中部分的结构选型应予以重视。
