| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外丁基橡胶生产现状及其聚合反应技术进展，对聚合反应器的类型、结构特点以及聚合反应引发体系进行了介绍。针对国内丁基橡胶装置的现状，提出采用先进的过程控制技术，加强新型淤浆稳定剂、引发体系及聚合反应器的开发，提高装置运行水平的建议。

| Abstract: | Progress of butyl rubber production status and polymerization reaction was summarized. The polymerization reactor types, and structural characteristics, process control technology of the polymerization were introduced. In view of butyl rubber device status, the application of advanced process control technology, and strengthen the construction of new slurry stabilizer, polymerization initiator system and reactor development, improving device operating level. |
