莫比可联合间苯三酚治疗中老年急性肾绞痛疗效观察

目的:观察莫比可联合间苯三酚治疗中老年人急性肾绞痛的临床疗效和不良反应.方法:84例中老年急性肾绞痛患者随机分成实验组和对照组各42例,两组均静滴间苯三酚120 mg,实验组和对照组分别肌注莫比可15 mg和度冷丁80 mg,观察治疗后疗效和不良反应.结果:实验组与对照组的有效率无统计学差异(P＞0.05),实验组不良反应、6 h再发肾绞痛例数均明显低于对照组(P ＜0.01).结论:莫比可联合间苯三酚治疗中老年急性肾绞痛安全有效,值得临床推广应用.

Effective Observation of Patients with Acute Renal Colic for Aged and Elderly Treated by Mobic and Phloroglucinol

Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of mobic and phloroglucinol for acute renal colic in patients with aged and elderly. Method： 84 aged and elderly patients with acute renal colic were divided into experimental group and control group randomly, each group was 42 cases. Both the group was accepted intravenous drip of phloroglucinol 120 rag, intramuscular injection of mobic 15 mg and pethidine 80 mg for the experimental group and control group respectively. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were obse~ed after treatraem. Results： The effective rates were no significant differences between the two groups （P〉 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions and recurrence cases in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： It is safe and effective for patient with acute renal colic in aged and elderly treated by mobic combined with phloroglucinol and worth of clinical application.
