硫酸铝催化苯甲醛与1,2-丙二醇的缩醛化反应

摘    要:用Al2 (SO4 ) 3·18H2 O作催化剂催化苯甲醛与 1,2 -丙二醇的缩醛化 .通过实验研究 ,得出该反应的最适宜反应条件 :醇醛摩尔比为 0 .1∶0 .0 5 ,反应温度 94~ 10 0℃ ,Al2 (SO4 ) 3·18H2 O 0 .6 0g (12 g/mol) ,环已烷 10mL ,反应时间 2 .5h ,苯甲醛 - 1,2 -丙二醇缩醛产率可达 98.6 % .本法具有操作方便 ,反应温和 ,产品纯度高的优点

Abstract:The acetalization of benzaldehyde with 1,2 propanediol by using aluminum sulfate as catalyst is studied. The optimal conditions are obtained by experiments. The yield of the acetal reaches 98.6% when the mole ratio of propanediol to benzaldehyde is 0.1∶0.05, the temperature is 94~100*!℃, the amount of Al 2(SO 4) 3·18H 2O is 12*!g/mol, the amount of cyclohexanne is 10 ml, and the reaction time is 2.5*!h. This method takes the advantages of simple operation, mild reaction conditions, and high purity and yield of the product.
