可编程控制器在自行武器系统中的应用

摘    要:传统自行武器的炮控系统结构庞大,控制方式复杂,存在的干扰源多。因此选用具有软件支撑、易操作调试、可靠性高和抗干扰能力强的可编程序控制器作为炮控系统的控制核心是最优选择。自行武器炮控系统以主管理控制器和副管理控制器为核心,炮长电气操作面板和火炮高低固定器操作面板为操作执行和显示部件,分别对炮塔和底盘的电气设备进行信息化管理和执行元件控制。实践证明,可编程控制器的成功应用,不仅提高了自行武器的可靠性和稳定性,也为各种新研制的自行武器选用可编程控制器提供了技术支持和应用依据。

Abstract:Gun control system structure of traditional self-propelled weapon is huge, control method is complex, and disturbance source is large. So programmable logic controller with software support, easy adjustment, high reliability and anti-jamming capability was used as optical option of control core. Gun control system of self-propelled weapon takes main and secondary management controller as core, and electrical panel of gunner and operational panel of gun elevation fixer are executive and display devices, they control and manage electrical equipment of turret, chassis and executive elements respectively. Practical result showed that successful application of programmable logic controller can not only improve reliability and stability of self-propelled weapon system, but also provide technical support and application base for programmable logic controller of new self-propelled weapon system.
