| 摘 要： | 中国已成为世界矿业大国,同时矿业城镇问题严重。借鉴中外地质矿业经验和教训,基于权力经济学设想,本文通过设计新时期下的强势政治经济的矿产勘查开发模式可以大幅度减少包括矿业城镇问题在内的矿业问题,以转向和谐社会和绿色发展轨道,并提出了十条政策建议。

| Abstract: | China has become a big mining country in the world and there are more and more problems on mining cities.By using geologic mining experience and lessons in China and foreign countries for references,based on idea of power economics,the mineral exploration and development model with strong polity-economy in the new period can reduce the problems on mining cities,and help the mining cties turn to harmonious society and green development.Ten policy suggestions are put forward in this paper as well. |
