66例卵巢肿瘤的组织学与雌、孕激素受体关系的研究

作者报告66例经手术切除的卵巢肿瘤标本(良性肿瘤34例、恶性肿瘤32例)作肿瘤细胞胞浆雌、孕激素受体含量测定及组织学检查。结果:卵巢良、恶性肿瘤雌激素受体阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.1);孕激素受体阳性率有高度显著性差异(P<0.005)。恶性组上皮性肿瘤与非上皮性肿瘤细胞胞浆的雌、孕激素受体阳性率无显著性差异(P>0.5);粘液性囊腺癌的雌激素受体均值低于浆液性囊腺癌及宫内膜样癌的雌激素受体均值,但无统计学意义(P>0.5)。肿瘤的分级及其细胞核分裂相与雌激素受体间,淋巴细胞浸润的多少与孕激素受体间均无明显关系。

CORRELATION BETWEEN ESTROGEN AND PROGESTIN RECEPTOR PROTEIN AND HISTOPATHOLOGY IN OVARIAN TUMOR

ER and PR were assayed in 32 malignantand 34 benign ovarian tumors of differenttypes. Twenty primary epithilial ovarian can-cers were analyzed for estrogen and proges-tin receptor content and the results werecompared with multiple histologic parame-ters. There was no significant difference inpositive rate of ER between malignant andbenign ovarian tumors(P>0.1). It wasfound,however,that the positive rate of PRwas higher in the malignant ovarian tumorgroup than in the benign ovarian tumorgroup (P<0.005). In the malignant group, there were nosignificant difference in ER and PR betweenepithilial ovarian cancer and other types ofovarian tumor (P>0.5). It was also observed that the mean ERcontent in serous cystadenocarcinoma andendometrioid carcinoma was higher than thatin mucinous cystadenocarcinoma, but of nostatistical significance. It was found that there was no correla-tion between estrogen receptor content ofovarian cancers and the grade and mitoses,as well as between progestin receptor andlymphocyte infiltration.
