血小板参数在原发性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的临床应用分析

目的 探讨血小板参数在原发性血小板减少性紫癜（ITP）的临床应用价值.方法 以42例ITP患儿为研究对象,观察不同严重程度患儿血小板参数及所有ITP患儿治疗前后血小板参数的变化情况.结果 轻、中、重三组血小板计数（PLT）、平均血小板体积（MPV）、血小板体积分布宽度（PDW）、大血小板比率（P-LCR）两两比较均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;ITP患儿治疗前后血小板参数PLT、PDW、MPV、P-LCR比较也均有统计学差异（P〈0.05）;血小板参数相关性分析,PLT与MPV呈负相关（r=-0.513,P〈0.05）,MPV与P-LCR呈正相关（r=0.713,P〈0.05）,其他均无相关性（P〉0.05）.结论 血小板参数的检测对于ITP疾病的诊断、病情判断及疗效评估均有重要的临床意义.

Platelet parameters in children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura clinical application analysis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of platelet parameters in idiopathic thrembocytopenic purpura （ITP）. Methods 42 cases of ITP were included into this study and as the object of study. The platelet parameters in children with different severity were analyzed before and after treatment of ITP patients. Results The PLT, PDW, MPV, P - LCR in mild, moderate, and severe group were statistically signif- icant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference of PLT, PDW, MPV, P- LCR of parameters in ITP children before and after treatment were also significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）. After platelets parameters correlation analysis, PLT and MPV was negatively correlated （ r = -0. 513, P 〈 0.05 ）, MPV and P - LCR was positively correlated （ r = 0.713, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Platelet parameter detection in the ITP diagnosis, illness judg- ments and efficacy assessment have important clinical implications.
