| 摘 要： | 甲状旁腺素是调节钙、磷代谢及骨转换最为重要的肽类激素之一，能够精细调节骨形成及骨吸收等代谢过程。其人工制剂含甲状旁腺素的活性片段，是目前已明确的唯一能够促进骨形成的药物，它的临床应用给广大骨质疏松患者带来新的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Parathyroid hormone （PTH） is one of the most important peptide hormone which regulates not only calcium and phosphorus metabolism but also bone turnover. It regulates the synthesis and decomposition of bone metabolism. It is the drug that promotes bone formation. PTH and its agents will bring newer therapies in osteoporosis to the patients with osteoporosis. |
