| Abstract: | A necessary and sufficient condition for judging nongeneralized diagonally dominant matrices is given,theoretically,it thoroughly solves the problem of judging irreducible nongeneralized diagonally dominant matrices,a concrete algorithm for judging irreducible nongeneralized diagonally dominant matrices is given. |
