THHN-1加氢预处理催化剂在馏分油加氢改质装置上的工业应用

摘    要:为了更高效的加工高氮劣质重馏分油,中海石油舟山石化有限公司加氢改质装置预处理反应器更换中海油天津化工研究设计院有限公司研发的THHN^-1加氢预处理催化剂进行生产。装置在进料满负荷条件下的标定结果表明,针对平均总氮含量为3 183μg·g^-1的焦化重馏分油,在入口氢分压(7.3~7.5)MPa、体积空速0.88 h^-1、反应入口温度(348~351)℃和气油体积比820~840的条件下,加氢预处理产物中的总硫含量16μg·g^-1,总氮含量72μg·g^-1,多环芳烃质量分数6.4%,平均加氢脱硫率99.5%,平均加氢脱氮率97.7%,平均多环芳烃饱和率为71.5%,表明THHN^-1催化剂具有较高的加氢脱硫、脱氮和多环芳烃饱和性能。

Abstract:In order to process high-nitrogen and low-quality heavy distillates more efficiently,a new hydro-pretreating catalyst THHN-1 developed by CNOOC Tianjin Chemical Research and Design Institute Co.,Ltd.,has been used in hyro-pretreating reactor of hydrogenation upgrading Unit in CNOOC Zhoushan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd..The test run results show that,for average total nitrogen content of 3 183 μg·g-1 in coking heavy distillates,under the inlet hydrogen partial pressure of (7.3-7.5) MPa,liquid hour space velocity of 0.88 h-1,inlet temperature of (348-351) ℃ and gas to oil volume ratio of 820-840,the total sulfur nitrogen content of hydro-pretrating product are reduced to 16 μg·g-1,72 μg·g-1 respectively,and mass fraction of polyaromatichydrocarbon is reduced to 6.4%.The average conversion of hydrodesulfurization and hydrodenitrification are 99.5%,97.7%respectively,and the average polycyclic aromaticshydrogenation saturation rate is 71.5%.The industrial running result indicates that catalyst THHN-1 exhibited favorable capability of hydrodesulphurization,hydrodenitrogenation and hydrogenation saturation of polycyclic aromatics.
