摘    要:以工业常用改性Y型分子筛(HY、USY、NNY)为主要酸性组分,Ni-W为活性金属组分,采用等体积浸渍法分别制备分子筛类型、分子筛含量、磷助剂加入量、Hβ分子筛加入量、金属负载量和金属原子配比等不同的催化剂。并对催化剂进行N_2吸附-脱附、XRD、XRF和Py-IR等表征。结果表明,以NNY分子筛为酸性组分制备的催化剂具有更适合的孔径分布,其酸性也相对适中。随着分子筛含量的增加,催化剂的介孔数量减少,酸中心数增加。磷的加入使催化剂酸中心增加,加入质量分数超过1. 5%后,催化剂酸中心反而减少。分子筛总质量分数恒定30%,Hβ分子筛质量分数为10%时,催化剂酸中心数最大。

Abstract:Hydrocracking catalyst of different molecular sieve types,zeolite contents,phosphorus contents,Hβ zeolite contents,metal contents and metal atom ratios for middle distillate was prepare by isometric impregnation method,choosing different modified Y zeolite (HY, USY and NNY) which were commonly used in the industry as the main acid composition and Ni-W as the active metal components.The catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,XRD,XRF,and Py-IR.The results showed that the catalyst prepared by using 30% NNY molecular sieve as the acidic component had a more suitable pore size distribution,and its specific surface area,pore volume and acidity were also relatively moderate.The addition of phosphorus increased the acid centers of the catalyst,but when its content exceeded 1.5%,the acid centers of the catalyst decreased. Keeping the total molecular sieve content 30% constantly,the acid crystal number was the largest when Hβmolecular sieve content was 10%.
