| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了Ｙ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ２Ｏ３添加剂在低温无压烧结ＳｉＣ中的作用以及在Ｙ２Ｏ３－Ａｌ２Ｏ３添加剂中引入ＳｉＯ２的作用及机理，从而阐明了通过多项合理、有效复合添加降低ＳｉＣ烧结温度的可能性。

| Abstract: | The role of Y 2O 3-Al 2O 3 additives in low-temperature pressureless sintering of silicon carbide was investigated.The effect of SiO 2 introduced into Y 2O 3-Al 2O 3 additives was discussed.The results showed that it was possible to cut down the sintering temperature of silicon carbide by rational multiphase additives. |
