甜菜主要性状遗传力及相关性的研究

对多点试验和分期测定数据的分析结果表明:从繁茂期始,甜菜经济性状的遗传力稳定且较高,其大小顺序为含糖率>根产量>产糖量;甜菜抗褐斑病性的遗传力较高,且病害发生级数与收获期含糖率及产糖量呈显著的基因型负相关;甜菜地上部分诸性状的遗传力较低,但繁茂前期长势、绿叶数、株高与收获期含糖率呈显著的基因型负相关;甜菜根颈长、根颈直径、根体直径以及根冠比的遗传力较高,且其繁茂前期与收获期根产量呈显著的基因型和表现型正相关,根头长遗传力较低,根体长遗传力最低。

The Study on the Heritability and Correlation of the Main Characters in Sugarbeet

The analysis on the results of multi-site test from 1987 to 1989 showed: (1) From the beginning of thick growing stage, the heritabilities of ecouomical characters in sugarbeet were stable and high, and the order of them was as follows: sugar content>root yield>sugar yield. (2) The heritability of the resistance on the cercospora leaf spot (Cercospora beticola Sacc.) of sugarbeet was high, and there was significant negative genotypic correiation between the degree of the disease injury and the sugar content and sugar yield at the harvest. (3) The heritabilities of the characters of the areial part of sugarbeet were low. The characters appeared in the early stage of thick growth, such as the growth vigour, the number of green leaf and the lieight of plant, showed significant negative genotypic correlation with the sugar content of root at the harvest. (4) The heritabilities of the characters of the subterranean part of sugarbeet, such as the length of root collar, the diameter of root body and the weight ratio of the root to the aerial part, were high. On the aspects of genotype and phenotype the above characters in the early stage of thick growth were significant positive correlated with the root yield at the harvest. Compared with the above characters the heritability of the length of root top was lower, and the one of the length of root body was the lowest.
