摘    要:在0.01mol/LHAc-NaAc中,铅-乙酸酸缩氨基硫脲(GATSC)配合物产生一非常灵敏的吸附还原峰,峰电位是-0.63V(Vs·SCE)。峰高与铅浓度在1.0×10-8 ̄3.0×10-7mol/L范围内成直线关系,检测限是2.0×10-9mol/L,该方法用于测量水中痕量铅,结果满意。

Abstract:A new methed for determination of trace amounts of lead is described. In 0. 01 mol/LHAc-NaAc solution, lead-glyoxalic acid thiosemicarbazone (GATSC) complex produces a very sensitive reduction peak. The peak potential of the wave is -0. 63V (vs. SCE). The change of tile peakheight for lead concentration is liner in the range of 1. 0×10-8 ̄3. 00×10-7 mol/L. The detectionlimit is 2×10-9 mol/L. The method has been satisfactorily used for the determination of traceamounts of lead in water.
