| 摘 要： | 天然气供应安全和使用安全是天然气战略的核心问题。文章从界定能源战略的内涵入手,结合重庆市“十五”期间天然气生产、消费现状,从天然气供应安全和使用安全两方面分析了其存在的问题,并提出了适应重庆市经济可持续发展需要的天然气战略规划。
