摘    要:蓄电池应用十分广泛,对充、放电设备性能要求也越来越高。以前对蓄电池充、放电采用两套独立设备,在放电时以纯电阻为负载,将大量的电能转变为热能而浪费了。本装置既可作充电的电源,又可作放电的负载,将放电的电能通过有源逆变电路回馈到电网,得到再生利用,可以节约大量电能,具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:The battery is used widely.The better property of charge and discharge deviceare demaned.Since the charged and discharged device was used separately,some electricenergy was translated hot energy by resistors as the battery discharge and most of it wasexpened. New saving energy device is the one that not only can charge but also discharge.Electric energy is sended to mains by active inverter. Because the device can save moreelectric energy,so the device is used in many field.
