聚丙烯腈基活性炭纤维的制备及其性能

摘    要:研究了以聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维为原料制备活性炭纤维(ACF)的工艺过程。通过红外光谱和DTA/TGA分析对ACF的结构变化进行了探讨,并考察了稳定化升温程序、碳化温度及活化工艺条件等对ACF吸附性能的影响。

Abstract:The technical process of preparation of ACF which based on polyacrylonitrile fiber was studied. It discussed the structural changes of ACF through IR, DTA and TGA analysis. Meantime, the factors which influent the adsorbent capability was observed. The factors include the calefactive process of stabilization, the temperature of carbonization and the condition of activation craft.
